Booking Policy
*A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
*Deposits are non refundable. This protects the reserved time that has been held specifically for your session.
*The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.
*Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. A short grace period may be allowed depending on the session type. Late arrival may reduce your shooting time in order to respect other scheduled clients.
*If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with proper notice will be accommodated based on availability.
*Failure to arrive or last minute cancellations may result in the deposit being forfeited.
*Travel outside the DMV area may require an additional travel fee depending on the location.
*All final images are delivered through a private online gallery. Turnaround times may vary depending on the session type.
*By booking a session, you acknowledge that BTL Visualz may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless a request for privacy is made prior to the session.
